Focus

UPPER

Mixed-material upper in microfiber and leather, composed of 6 panels to optimise the fit.
The microfiber forms the upper section, offering adaptability and enhanced comfort over the instep.
Leather is used in the lower section, where greater stability and support are required.

TENSION

 

Bi-Tension

The Bi-Tension System extends from the toe to the arch, providing high flexibility with optimal tension.

 

MIDSOLE

The 1 mm Flexan insert distributes force across the entire foot and allows excellent flexibility in the rear part of the shoe.

SOLE

Vibram® XS GRIP 2 spread over half the length, 3,5 mm thick, paired with a hand-crafted heel in the same XS GRIP 2 compound, 2 mm thick.

IT CAN BE RESOLED

This shoe can be resolved at one of the official SCARPA resole shops. We recommend resoling before the wear and tear is excessive to preserve performance and prolong the life of your shoe or boot. Check out the full list of authorized centers on the store locator.

BI-TENSION

Thanks to the rubber that wraps around the foot along both sides of the shoe, it provides support without compromising sensitivity. This system is a perfect fit for slightly asymmetrical models, as it extends from the toes to the heel, leaving the middle part free for more sensitivity.

VIBRAM XS GRIP2 RUBBER

The natural evolution of the Vibram® XS GRIP compound, widely used by world-class athletes in bouldering. Featuring significantly improved grip, it offers an excellent level of compactness, ideal for working on edges and moderately inclined holds. It also ensures consistent performance in all temperatures. It is the recommended choice for applications that require the maximum level of adhesion.
